The Guest Book is expired.
Born Oct. 30, 1939, in London, England, he was the son of the late Joshua and Florence Allen.
Earlier in his career, Tony was an international executive in the medical manufacturing industry. He enjoyed extensive travel throughout many countries while he and his team established and assisted with the management of newly acquired companies. Tony's work in later years was involved in the insurance and estate planning industry.
Tony had a passion for music, and will be remembered for his particular love of karaoke. His gardening brought him great joy. Tony's interest in international soccer brought him much pleasure — Chelsea was his number one team. He also thoroughly enjoyed watching his Yankees games.
Tony took great pride in all that he did. Tony and his wife, Doreen, really enjoyed settling in Exeter. He had such a trememdous love for his family and will be deeply missed.
Tony was preceded in death by his beloved daughter, Katharine Mary, 24, who passed away suddenly while studying and performing research in Argentina in August 2012.
He is survived by his dear wife of 26 years, Doreen DePietro Allen, and deeply-loved daughter, Elizabeth Jean Allen, both of Exeter. Surviving also are his brother, Maurice (wife, Loretta), London, England; in addition to Tony's son, Mark (wife, Kristie), daughter, Lisa (husband, David), and beautiful granddaughters, Alenya, Latisha, Lauren and Eleanor, all residing in England. Tony will be sadly missed by all — uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
