Audrey A. Cook, formerly of Wilke-Barre, passed away Saturday, June 9, 2018, surrounded by her loving family.

Born Oct. 20, 1939, in Wilkes-Barre, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Marion Curley Hogan and a graduate of GAR, Class of 1957. She loved spending time with her family, and going to sporting events to watch her grandchildren was a highlight in her life.

She was preceded in death by the love of her life, Thomas F. Cook, 2006; brothers, Michael and Patrick Hogan; great-grandson, Jaden Thomas; nieces, Leandra Hogan, Anna Mae Mariani; and nephews, Shean Hogan and Richard Williams III.

Surviving are her children, Patrick and his wife, Sharon Cook, Hanover Twp.; Kelly and her husband, David Davis, Harveys Lake; Audrey and her husband, Brian Gober, Wilkes-Barre; TJ and his wife, Heather Cook, Mountain Top; Brian and his wife, Tammy Cook, Wilkes-Barre; 17 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; brothers, Joseph, Gerald, Clarence and William Hogan; sisters, Mary Sullivan, Kathy Conrad, Charlotte Williams, Peggy Askew; and several nieces and nephews.

A special thanks to her sister in-law, Marylee Hogan, for hospitality, care and compassion.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday from Mamary-Durkin Funeral Service, 59 Parrish St., Wilkes-Barre, with interment in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Twp. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.
