Edward Bobowicz Obituary

Edward A. Bobowicz, 72, of Kirmar Avenue, Alden, passed away Friday, June 9, 2017, at Birchwood Nursing and Rehab Center, Nanticoke.

He was born in Nanticoke on Aug. 13, 1944. Edward was the son of the late Leo A. and Lillian Dadaj Bobowicz.

Ed was employed by Certain Teed Corp., having work in the Batch House.

He attended Nanticoke School District, was a veteran, having served during the Vietnam Era and attended St. Faustina Parish, Nanticoke.

Proceeding him in death were his wife, Betty Stout Ketz Bobowicz; sister, Patricia Kenven; and also an infant sister.

Surviving are his daughter, Joy Lynn Brenner; son-in-law, Robert; sister, Annemarie Ceppa; brother, Anthony Bobowicz; grandchildren, Jessica-Lynn and Heather Bobowicz; and eight great-grandchildren.

Private services are being arranged by Earl W. Lohman Funeral Home Inc., 14 W. Green St., Nantcoke.
