Francis (Frankie) Miller, 69, formerly of the Parsons section of Wilkes-Barre, passed away Wednesday, Nov. 6, 2013, at River Run Nursing Center, Kingston.

He was born March 3, 1944, in Wilkes-Barre, a son of the late Frank and Margaret Houlihan Miller.
He finished the special education classes at Coughlin High School and was a member of the former St. Dominic's Church, Parsons.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Rheta Hahn; brother, Richard Miller; nephew, Kurt Miller; and brothers-in-law, Joseph Hahn and Peter Ciliberto Sr.
The family would like to thank everyone at River Run Nursing Center for the excellent care that they gave to Frankie.
Surviving are his sister, Marie Miller Ciliberto, of Pittston; nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews; and sister-in-law, Dorothy Miller, of Phoenix, Ariz.
The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday from E. Blake Collins Funeral Home, 159 George Ave., Wilkes-Barre, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Benedict's Church, Austin Avenue, Wilkes-Barre.
Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township.
