Helen F. Fryzel Lojewski, a resident of Wesley Village for exactly one year, passed away Monday, April 1, 2013, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center surrounded by her loving family. She was the wife of the late Joseph Lojewski.

Born April 3, 1920, in Dupont, she was a daughter of the late Thomas and Anna Kudey Fryzel. She attended Dupont schools.
She was part of the Polish Union.
Surviving are her son, Leonard and wife, Lorraine Lojewski, Dupont; grandchildren, Chad Lojewski, Eric Lojewski, Jennifer Lapsansky and Renee Kotch; great-grandchildren; Sara and Andrew Lojewski, Lia Lapsansky and Ellyssa and Benjamin Kotch; and sister, Jean Washinsky, Wyoming.
She was preceded in death by her brothers, Thomas Fryzel and Stanley Fryzel; and sisters, twin sisters Lorraine Fryzel and Charlotte Fryzel, and Mary Fryzel.
The family would like to give special thanks to the staff of both Wesley Village and Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center ICU for their outstanding compassion and care.
Funeral services have been entrusted to Graziano Funeral Home Inc., Pittston Township.
Viewing hours will be held at Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church, Dupont, from 9 to 10:30 a.m. Friday. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held from Sacred Heart of Jesus Roman Catholic Church at 10:30 a.m. Friday. Private interment will be held in Sacred Heart of Jesus Cemetery, Dupont.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Helen's name to "The Sacred Heart Church Restoration Fund," 215 Lackawanna Ave., Dupont, PA 18641.
