Helen M. Brozowski, 81, of Plymouth passed away Thursday, Jan. 17, 2013, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born June 13, 1931, in Swoyersville, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Drobenak Koschella.

She was a member of All Saints Parish of Plymouth, where she was a member of the Christian Mothers. She attended Swoyersville schools and was employed by General Cigar Co.

Helen was a stay-at-home mom, who took great joy in caring for her family and later caring for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved cooking and baking for her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonard, who passed away Dec. 22, 2010; brothers, John and Joseph; and sisters, Ann, Margaret and Rose.

Surviving are her children, Marie Dudzik and her husband, Stanley, Bear Creek; Frank Brozowski, Plymouth; and Karen Brozowski and her fiance, John Lawton, Plymouth; grandchildren, Kristen Dudzik, Janelle Jumper and her husband, Josh, Gary Dudzik and Bryanne Dudzik; great-grandchildren, Jayden and Kairi Jumper and Aaliyah and Dominic Dudzik; sister, Mary Stasik, New Jersey; goddaughter, Theresa Clark; numerous nieces and nephews.

The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Monday from S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in All Saints Parish, 66 Willow St., Plymouth. Interment will be in St. Mary's Nativity Cemetery, Plymouth Township. Family and friends may call from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday.
