Margaret Jane Sutliff, 91, of Dallas, known to everyone as Jane, entered into eternal rest on Wednesday, Sept. 12, 2018.

She was born in Tunkhannock on Aug. 1, 1927. She was a graduate of Tunkhannock High School. She worked in the garment industry for many years.

She attended Luzerne County Community College and received her degree in secretarial science and worked at LCCC in the job placement office. She took pride in taking care of her home, husband and six children.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 58 years, Leland.

Daughter of the late Tracy and Beatrice Harvey, of East Lemon, she was last of 11 children; John, Cyril, Frum, Joseph, Francis, Richard, Theresa, Mary, Catherine and Beatrice.

Surviving are her children, Kathy Sweitzer, Harveys Lake; John Sutliff, Dallas; Wanda Sutliff, Dallas; Laura Dorshefski, Hunlock Creek; Larry Sutliff, Endicott, N.Y.; and Paul Sutliff, Dallas; 19 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and various nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Nulton-Kopcza Funeral Home, 5749 state Route 309, (Beaumont), Monroe Twp.

Interment will follow in Orcutt Grove Cemetery, Noxen.

Friends and family may call from 9 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home
