Margaret Kluger Obituary
She was born in Nanticoke, on July 10, 1929, and was the daughter of the late Leonard and Anna Wengryn Madajewski.
Margaret attended Newport Twp. schools to the 10th grade and was a member of Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Church, Alden.
Prior to her retirement, she employed as a cafeteria supervisor at KM Smith School, until her retirement in June of 1994.
Margaret was preceded in death by her loving husband, Stanley, in 2009.
Presently surviving are a son, David and wife, Marlene, Dallas; daughters, Jane and husband, Richard Stubb Sr. Marysville; Mary Lee and husband, Dr. Donald Reese, Nanticoke; sisters, Leona Peterson, Toms River, N.J.; Theresa and husband, Edward Castellani, Hillsborough, N.J.; Antoinette and husband Thomas Kaylen Sr., Plainfield, N.J.; grandchildren, Richard Stubb Jr., Alesia Snyder, Beth Ann Acherman, Michael Kluger, Timothy Kluger, Matthew Stubb, Holly Reese, Amber Reese and Daniel Reese; nine great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday from Grontkowski Funeral Home P.C., 51 W. Green St., Nanticoke, with Devine Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. in Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Church, Alden, with the Rev. Michael Pasonick, officiating. Interment will be in Holy Resurrection Russian Orthodox Cemetery, Polander Hill, Alden. Friends and relatives are invited to join the family at calling hours from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday. Parastas will be held at 6:30 p.m. Thursday.
