Mary Foley, 96, formerly of Smith Row, Plymouth, passed away Monday, Jan. 7, 2013, at Guardian Elder Care Center, Sheatown, surrounded by her family and loved ones.

She was married to the late John Foley, who passed away in 1991.
She attended Larksville schools and worked for many years in the local garment factories until her retirement. She was a member of the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union.
She was a member of Good Shepherd Polish National Catholic Church of Plymouth.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Stefania Voyak; husband, John Foley; and siblings, Frances Kowaleski, Stanley, Frank, Raymond and Edward Voyak.
Surviving are her daughter, Rosemarie Bernatovich and her husband, Robert; grandchildren, Robert Bernatovich and wife, Denise, Michael Bernatovich and wife, Suzanne, Deborah Snyder and David Bernatovich and wife, Katarina; and seven great-grandchildren.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Good Shepherd Polish National Catholic Church, Plymouth. Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family. Friends may call from 9 a.m. to Mass time on Wednesday at Good Shepherd Polish National Catholic Church, 278 E. Main St., Plymouth.
