Mary Migatulski, a life resident of Wilkes-Barre, was born at home on Dec. 31, 1934. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Weller Molitoris.

Mary was a talented seamstress. She cherished people, cats and dogs. She loved to sing and dance, and was an active choir member in her church. She and Paul were active in the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union and its chorus, performing for others to enjoy the fullness of life. They valued the song, "Look for the Union Label"! She, along with other members of the Slovak Heritage Society, produced many records.

She was a member of many groups in the Wilkes-Barre area including Slovak Heritage Society of NE Pennsylvania (board member for 35 years); Citron Sisters Singing Group, First Catholic Slovak Ladies Association, First Catholic Slovak Union, Garment Workers Union (ILGWU, active for over 40 years); Red Hats, St. Joseph's Slovak Church and then St. Mary's Catholic Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband of 45 years, Paul; her sister, Anna; her brothers, Joseph, Elmer (Marjorie), and Lawrence.

She leaves behind her sisters-in-law, Virginia (Joseph) and Regina (Lawrence); her nieces and nephews; great-nieces and great-nephews.

The funeral will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday from Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, 21 N. Meade St., Wilkes-Barre, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mary's Church of the Immaculate Conception, Washington Street, Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Dallas.

Friends may call Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
