Matthew Klimasiewfski, a beloved son, brother, grandson, uncle, cousin and friend to many was called home the evening of Sunday, Dec. 2, 2018.

Born Oct. 6, 1998, he was the son of Diane and Norman Klimasiewfski and resided in Harding. He was a 2017 graduate of Wyoming Area.

Surviving are his parents; two sisters, Melinda Lynn Shaw and husband, Andrew Shaw; and Amanda Lee Slayton and husband, Shaun Slayton; grandparents, William and Dolores Dale; nephews, Riley Grady, Tristan Slayton and Dylan Shaw and niece, Savannah Slayton; and many cousins, aunts and uncles.

Preceding him in death were his paternal grandparents, Walter and Norma Klimasiewfski; and aunt, Linda Chodnicki.

Throughout his lifetime, he loved the outdoors, fishing and camping with his dad and grandfather. As he got older, he took up a love for music and cars, he was a natural drummer and taught himself to play, write and read music on various instruments.

He enjoyed spending time with his family, loved beach vacations, swimming in the ocean, taking his grandfather out for breakfast and going to dinner, especially Denny's and Red Lobster. He owned several classic cars, and most recently took an interest in going to car shows with friends.

Matthew's charm, talent, humor and laughter were just a few qualities enjoyed by everyone that was graced by his presence. He cared for his family deeply and had a heart of gold. Matthew was loved by many and will be missed greatly by all who knew him.
