Pam Smith, 59, of Exeter, passed away Sunday, May 13, 2018, at Grandview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Danville.

Born in Kingston, she was the daughter of the late Leo and Elizabeth Stokas Smith. A graduate of St. John the Evangelist High School, Class of 1976, she also attended Luzerne County Community College.

She worked as a security guard for many years at the Luzerne County Courthouse.

She was a former member of the Harvest Assembly Church, Trucksville, and was a current member of Corpus Christi Parish, West Pittston.

Pam was an avid antique collector and golfer, had a beautiful singing voice and sang in St. Cecilia's choir. She was a member of the Wyoming Veterans of Foreign Wars Auxiliary, the Knights of Lithuania, Pittston, and the Wyoming Valley Golf Auxiliary.

Surviving are her brothers, Robert Smith and wife, Gene, Exeter; and Michael Smith and wife, Bettyanne, Harding; nieces, Alana Sienkiewicz and husband, Cory, and Christina Moxen and husband, Paul; nephews, Michael Smith and wife, Bethany Jones Smith, Robert Smith and wife, Kimberly, and Matthew Smith and wife Tiffany; and several great-grandnieces and great-grandnephews.

Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Metcalfe-Shaver-Kopcza Funeral Home Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church of Corpus Christi Parish, 605 Luzerne Ave., West Pittston.

Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, 612 Mount Olivet Road, Carverton.

Friends may call from 9 to 10 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
