Patrick V. Figliomeni, 80, of Wilkes-Barre passed away Wednesday morning, April 23, 2014, while a guest at Birchwood Nursing Center.

Born in Childs, he was the son of the late Carlos and Rose Arcina Figliomeni.
Patrick was self-employed, working all over the country as a snack bar operator for the Association of the Blind.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Joseph.
Surviving are his wife, the former Alice Cannon; sons, John, Wilkes-Barre; and Frank and his wife, Tina, Taylor; daughter, Mary DelPlato and her husband, Dean, Wilkes-Barre; brothers, Michael, Paul and John; sisters, Roseann Jenkins and Mary Shields; 10 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at Kearney Funeral Home Inc., 173 E. Green St., Nanticoke. The Rev. John Murray, pastor of Tree of Life Church, Nanticoke, will officiate. Friends may call from 2 p.m. until the time of service.
