Paul L. Endza, 52, of Exeter passed away unexpectedly Sunday, Sept. 29, 2013, at his home.

Born in Rochester, N.Y., he was the son of the late Leonard and Jeanette Ritter Endza.

Paul was a member of Corpus Christi Parish at Immaculate Conception Church, West Pittston, and was a graduate of West Side Vocational Technical School.

He most recently was employed as an assistant manager by Family Dollar, Exeter.

Paul was a very informed smart man who lived a simple life. He was an excellent cook and enjoyed conversing with his family and friends of all ages. He will be greatly missed by so many.

Surviving are his sister. Linda Scherer, West Wyoming; and nephews, David L. and Matthew J. Scherer; dearest friend, Patty Murray, Pittston; and aunts, uncles and cousins.

The funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday from Gubbiotti Funeral Home, 1030 Wyoming Ave., Exeter.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church, Luzerne Avenue, West Pittston, with Monsignor John Sempa as celebrant.

Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carverton.

Relatives and friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
