Regina E. Orzechowski, 91, of Exeter, passed away peacefully Tuesday, April 10, 2018, at Hospice of the Sacred Heart in Dumore.

Born in Exeter, on April 11, 1926, Regina was the daughter of the late Joseph and Anna Yablonski Orzechowski.

Regina was a member of St. Barbara's Parish in Exeter.

Prior to her retirement, she was employed by Consolidated Cigar Co., West Pittston, the Silk Mills, Wyoming, Pittston Apparel and the Lamp Shade Factory in Old Forge.

In addition to her parents, Regina was preceded in death by her stepfather, Joseph Yablonski, and several brothers and sisters.

After the death of her sister and brother-in-law, she took on the responsibility of raising her nephews, the Lapinski brothers. Regina was a loving and caring person and will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.

Surviving are numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Regina's Memorial Mass at 9:30 a.m. Friday in St. Anthony of Padua Church of St. Barbara's Parish, 224 Memorial St., Exeter.

Interment will follow in St. John the Baptist Cemetery, Cedar Street, Exeter.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Bednarski Funeral Home, 168 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming.
