Ronald E. Spencer, 83, of Larksville, passed away Tuesday, Feb. 27, 2018, at home, surrounded by his loving family.

He was born in Lehman Twp., on March 29, 1934, and was the son of the late Russell and Dorothy Baer Spencer.

Ronald graduated from the former Lehman High School and served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean conflict.

He retired from Arthur Shelley Trucking Co., Lehman Twp., after more than 30 years of faithful service.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia, and three brothers.

Ronald is survived by his stepson, Reginall; daughters, Dorothy (James) and Toby (Ronald); sisters, Doris (Herb), Pudge (Fred), Sally (Mo) and Kathy (Bill); seven grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in Chapel Lawn Memorial Park, 4115 Memorial Highway, Dallas.

Arrangements are by Curtis L. Swanson Funeral Home Inc., Routes 29 and 118, Pikes Creek.
