Rosann Marion McGee, 70, of Kingston passed away Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012, surrounded by her family.

She was born in Luzerne, daughter of the late Andrew Leandri, Albina Karlunas Leandri Gusluski and William Gusluski. She was a graduate of Kingston High School, Class of 1960, and retired in 2005 from The Citizens' Voice after 25 years of loyal service.
She was a member of St. Mary's Annunciation Church until its closing, and currently a member of St. Ignatius Loyola Church, Kingston.
Rose enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren, playing bingo, watching Notre Dame football and listening to the music of Elvis Presley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James McGee Sr.; her brother, Raymond Leandri; and nephews, Andrew and Jeffrey Leandri.
She is survived by and will be sadly missed by her children, Corey, Pringle; Kevin and his wife, Michelle, Larksville; James, Jr. and his wife, Lisa, Dallas; Barry and his wife, Diane, Kingston; Kelly and her husband, Michael Pepe, Edwardsville; and Colleen McGee and Justin Fanelli, Kingston, with whom she resided.
Rose is also survived by her 12 grandchildren, Tyler McGee, Jessica, Tanya and Patrick McGee, Kori and Kami McGee, Alex and Ryan McGee, Alirose McGee, Gabby, Sammy and Mykelanne Pepe; nieces and nephews; and her extended family including in-laws and friends.
Rosann's entire family would like to extend a warm thank you to the staff of Personal Care Home Health and the staff of the Hospice Unit at Geisinger South.
The celebration of Rosann's life will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday from the Kopicki Funeral Home, 263 Zerbey Ave., Kingston, with Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Ignatius Church. Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday.
The McGee family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Lupus Foundation of Northeastern Pennsylvania, 615 Jefferson Ave., Scranton, PA 18510.
