Bernard J. Phillips Jr., 44, of Coxton passed away Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center, Plains Township.
Born in Pittston, he was the son of the late Bernard Sr. and Elizabeth Laurence Phillips. He was a graduate of Pittston Area High School. He was formerly employed by Mr. Z's. Duryea. He was a member of the Polish Falcons Nest 128, Duryea.
Surviving are his sister, Jo Ann, Duryea; niece, Corrine, Duryea; nephew, TJ, Duryea; and uncle, William, Duryea.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
Funeral arrangements are by Bernard J. Piontek Funeral Home Inc., 204 Main St. Duryea.
