Helen M. Klein, 72, a guest of the Meadows Nursing Home, Dallas, passed away Thursday, March 28, 2013, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital, following an extended illness.

She was born May 22, 1940, a daughter of the late Frank and Helen Boettinger Klein.

Ms. Klein worked as a loan officer for United Penn Bank for many years and later worked at EGS Electricial, Pittston.

She attended St. Cecilia's Catholic Church, Exeter.

She is survived by her cousins, Albert Wargo, Danville; Mary Wargo, Danville; Alberta and her husband, Richard Plastow, Ohio; Theresa and her husband, Dennis Bobber, Elysburg; Marie James, Bernice and her husband, Jack Gross, Bill Klein and his wife, Elda, and Carl Klein and his wife, Neva, all of Danville.

Helen was preceded in death by two cousins, Bernard Wargo and Edward Wargo.

Private funeral services will be held with a private burial following at St. Hubert's Cemetery, Danville.

The family will provide flowers. Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of the donor's choosing in Helen's memory.

Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Brady Funeral Home of Danville.
