Ceal R. Falchek, of Nicholson Street, Wilkes-Barre Township, passed away Thursday, Aug. 15, 2013, at Little Flower Manor, Wilkes-Barre.

Born Feb. 26, 1928, in Askam, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Julia Wojnar Dzikoski Siedlecki and was a graduate of Hanover High School, Class of 1945, and attended Wyoming Seminary Business School.
Ceal was a member of St. Mary's Church of the Maternity, now Our Lady of Hope parish, where she served as secretary for 35 years.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert, in 2001; sons, Jackie in 1972, and Thomas in 1954; sister, Pauline Malinowski; and brother, John Dzikoski.
Surviving are a son, Robert J. Falchek Jr. and his wife, Evelyn, of Plains Township; grandsons, Robert John III, Joseph John, and Matthew Tyler; brother, Edward Dzikowski, of Korn Krest; and nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Monday from the Jendrzejewski Funeral Home, 21 North Meade St., Wilkes-Barre, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Hope parish, 40 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre. Monsignor Alexander T. Kulik, pastor emeritus, will be the celebrant. Interment will be in St. Mary's Maternity Cemetery, West Wyoming. Friends may call Monday from 8 a.m. until time of services.
