Christian Tyler Cook, 30, of Wilkes-Barre passed away unexpectedly Thursday, Aug. 29, 2013, at home.

Born Aug. 26, 1983, in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late William and Karen Boyle Cook. Christian attended James M. Coughlin High School, where he was a member of the football team.

He was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan, and enjoyed spending time with his pets; nieces, McKayla and Callie Cook; and his brothers.

Surviving are his brothers, William and Brandon Cook; maternal grandparents, Hugh and Florence Boyle; paternal grandmother, Mary Cook; nieces, McKayla and Callie; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

A memorial service celebrating Christian's life will be held at a later date.

Arrangements are by Corcoran Funeral Home, Plains Township.
