Ephraim Culp Mower IV, 65, of Nanticoke passed away Thursday, Jan. 23, 2014, after a three-year battle with stomach cancer, while surrounded by his family at a hospice facility in Wilkes-Barre. His love of life and family, good humor, quirked eyebrow and warm hugs will be forever missed.

A graduate of Plum High School (1966), he took courses in auto design and banking/finance before becoming a certified Novell administrator. His 40-year career in the Hartford, Conn., area ranged from retail to banking to help desk administrator before retiring in 2003.
