Ann Kulmatiski, 98, of Hanover Township passed away early Friday morning, Feb. 21, 2014, at home.

She was born Oct. 27, 1915, in the Georgetown section of Wilkes-Barre, and was the daughter of the late Anthony and Mary Lonnick.
Ann was a graduate of Coughlin High School, Wilkes–Barre, and a member of Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, Hanover section of Nanticoke.
For 22 years Ann was employed by Communication Engineering, where she worked as a secretary.
She was preceded in death by 13 brothers and sisters.
Presently surviving are her husband, Theodore, with whom she would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary in June of this year; a daughter, Joan Jayma, Mountain Top; two grandchildren, William and Lyle Jayma; brother, John Lonokonis, Baltimore, Md.; and sister, Annett Barlini, Baltimore, Md.
Funeral services will held at 10 a.m. Monday from Grontkowski Funeral Home P.C., 51-53 W. Green St., Nanticoke, with Liturgy at 10:30 a.m. in Transfiguration of Our Lord Church, Wells Street, Hanover section of Nanticoke, with services conducted by the Rev. Volodymyr Popyk.
Interment will be in the parish cemetery, Nanticoke.
Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday. Parastas services will be held at 6:30 p.m. Sunday.
As a request of the family, in lieu of flowers, donations are to be made to Transfiguration of Our Lord Church in her remembrance.
