Colin Kent Clarke, a resident of Scranton, died at home Friday, Feb. 21, 2014, peacefully in his sleep.

He was born Sept. 14, 2013, in Danville, the son of Lauren McDermott and William Clarke, Scranton.
He was a happy baby and brought so much joy and happiness to everyone who knew him, he will be forever in our hearts and never forgotten. Colin's life will live on through his gift of life donation, which will be helping others.
The family would like to thank the staff of Bayada Pediatrics and the NICU staff at Geisinger Medical Center, Danville, for all their kind and compassionate care.
Also surviving are a brother, William D. Clarke, Pensacola, Fla.; maternal grandparents, Tim and Ellen Rosar McDermott, Scranton; paternal grandfather, William J. Clarke Jr., Falls; paternal grandmother, Sharon Graaf, Bear Creek; paternal great-grandmother, Antoinette Graaf; aunt, Nina Graaf, and her daughter, Karen Graaf, Pittston; uncle, Timothy J. McDermott and his wife and Colin's godmother, Chrissy, and their daughter, Olivia, Taylor; godfather, Steven Koval, Mountain Top; many loving aunts, uncles, great-aunts, great-uncles and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his maternal great-grandparents, Jean and Kirby Rosar and Agnes and Paul McDermott; and paternal great-grandparents, William and Cassie Clarke Sr.
The funeral will be held at 9:30 a.m. Thursday from Miller Bean Funeral Home Inc., 436 Cedar Ave., Scranton, with Mass at 10 a.m. in St. Ann's Basilica, 1250 St. Ann St., Scranton.
Interment will follow in Cathedral Cemetery, Scranton.
Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
