John J. Jachimczak, 65, Plymouth Township, passed away Monday.

He was a U.S. Navy veteran, and served during the Vietnam War.

He was employed by the Veterans Affairs Medical Center as a physician's assistant.

Preceded by parents, Stanley and Eleanor Krzywicki Jachimczak.

Surviving are wife, Charlotte; daughter, Tara Colton, and husband, Branden, Florida; siblings, Eleanor Guzofsky and husband, David, Nanticoke, Stanley Jachimczak, Florida, and Charles Jachimczak, Maryland; nieces.

Funeral will be 11:30 a.m. Friday from the S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, Plymouth, with Mass at noon in St. Faustina Parish, Nanticoke. Interment will be in Holy Trinity Cemetery.
