Suzanne A. Katchko of Shavertown passed away Monday, May 5, 2014, in Wilkes-Barre General Hospital.

Born in Breslau, Hanover Township, she was the daughter of the late Michael and Catherine Gula Naparlo.
She was a graduate of Hanover Area High School and, prior to her retirement, she had been a seamstress with the garment industry.
Suzanne was a member of All Saints Parish, Plymouth, where she was active in the Christian Mothers and the Silver and Gold Club.
She was also a member of the Senior Citizen's Club of Kingston, where she enjoyed trips to Atlantic City and performing in shows, such as Dolly's Follies.
Suzanne greatly enjoyed any occasion to spend time with family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Katchko; son, Richard; brothers, Joseph and Michael Naparlo; and sisters, Mary Kuch and Irene Mizenko.
Surviving are her son, Joseph Katchko and his wife, Linda, Larksville; grandsons, Joseph Katchko III and his wife, Tracee, and Kevin Katchko and his wife, Hope; four great-grandsons, John, Anthony, Kevin Jr. and Kyle; numerous nieces and nephews.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Friday from S.J. Grontkowski Funeral Home, 530 W. Main St., Plymouth, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. in All Saints Parish, 66 Willow St., Plymouth.
Interment will be in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Dallas.
