Emily Suller Timko, 86, of Plains Township passed away Sunday, May 4, 2014, in Geisinger Wyoming Valley Medical Center surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Wilkes-Barre on March 31, 1928, the daughter of the late Michael and Elizabeth Hrivrak Suller. She attended Coughlin High School.
Prior to getting married, she worked at Friedman Cigar Factory.
She was a homemaker most of her life. She loved to cook and bake. But her greatest joy was the times she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandson.
She was a member of the Parish Community of St. Andre Bessette.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph, in 2005; her sisters, Mary Tokach, Madeline Klubeck and Elizabeth Waskowsky; and her brothers, Joseph Suller, Francis Suller and Jan Suller.
She will be deeply missed by her daughter, JoAnn Kotlowski and her husband, John, Plains Township; her sons, Gary, Plains Township, with whom she resided; and Joseph and his wife, Charise, Hunlock Creek; her grandchildren, Jill and John Jr. Kotlowski and Leora Timko, all of Plains Township; her great-grandson, Payton Foster; her sister, Florence Antosh, Niagara Falls, N.Y.; numerous nieces and nephews; and her beloved pug, Emma.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday from Simon S. Russin Funeral Home, 136 Maffett St., Plains Township, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Stanislaus Kostka Church with the Rev. Kenneth M. Seegar, pastor, as celebrant.
Interment will be private.
Family and friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
