Mildred T. Zarambo, 85, of Dallas passed away Sunday, May 25, 2014.

Born in Nanticoke, she was the daughter of the late William and Hazel Roberts Dykins.

Mildred was a graduate of Nanticoke High School, Class of 1947.

Mildred was employed by the Back Mountain Memorial Library for more than 20 years.

Preceding her in death, in addition to her parents, was a brother, Robert Dykins.

Surviving are her sons, Mark and David Zarambo, both of Dallas; granddaughters, Gwen Campbell and husband, Jason, and Danielle West and husband, Kevin; great-grandchildren, Evelyn and James Campbell and Madison and Owen West; brother, Gordon Dykins and his wife and Mildred's best friend, Dorothy Dykins, Bridgewater, N.J.; several nieces and nephews.

Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of family and have been entrusted to Harold C. Snowdon Funeral Home Inc., 140 N. Main St., Shavertown.

Memorial donations may be made to the Back Mountain Memorial Library, 96 Huntsville Road, Dallas, PA 18612.
