Priscilla R. Williams, 89, formerly of Shavertown, died Saturday, May 31, 2014, at The Wesley Village, Jenkins Township.

She was born Aug. 7, 1924, in Forty Fort, and was the daughter of the late Robert Roselle and Clara Coughlin Roselle. She graduated from Forty Fort High School, class of 1942 and Wyoming Seminary, Dean School of Business.
Priscilla was employed by the Northeastern Pennsylvania Chapter of the
and served as its executive director for 25 years prior to her retirement.
She married Howard G. Williams also from Forty Fort, in 1973 and resided in Woodbine Road, Shavertown, among many wonderful and caring neighbors until Howard's death.
Priscilla was preceded in death by her husband, Howard; sister, Roberta R. Punshon, Blue Bell, Pa.; brothers, Donald Roselle, Philadelphia; and Curits Roselle, Kirkland, Wash.
Surviving are many nieces, Lorna C. Darte, Forty Fort; and Geneviene Schiffman, and her husband, Dr. Elliot, Chevy Chase, Md.; and other nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family would like to thank The Wesley Village staff and her attending physician for their excellent care.
Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday from Hugh B. Hughes & Son Inc. Funeral Home, 1044 Wyoming Ave., Forty Fort. The interment will be in Memorial Shrine Cemetery, Carverton.
Friends may call from 4 to 6 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
