Tillie Urgalavage, 98, of Margate, Fla., formerly of Exeter and New Jersey, passed away in the University Hospital and Medical Center, Tamarak, Fla.

She was born in West Pittston, daughter of the late Joseph and Martha (Pardausk), and was a graduate of Exeter High School, Class of 1934.
Tillie worked for 24 years at Westinghouse, Newark, N.J., retiring in 1970.
She was a former member of St. Casimir's Church, Pittston, and a longtime active member of St. Vincent's Church, Margate, Fla.
During her time in Florida, she walked every day and made many friends, including Isabel Walker, Margateta Hermanson and Georger and Maryanne Santos.
Her husband, Patrick, predeceased her in 1995, as well as sisters, Bette Proleika, Jenny Rock and Julia Young, and a brother, John Teresavage.
Surviving are a sister, Mary Hizenski, Exeter; a nephew, Jeffrey Rock, Methuen, Mass.; niece, Rita Tommaselli, Swoyersville; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 9 a.m. Thursday from Metcalfe-Shaver-Kopcza Funeral Home Inc., 504 Wyoming Ave., Wyoming, with a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. at St. John the Evangelist Church, 35 William St., Pittston. The Rev. Peter Tomczak will officiate.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to St. Vincent's Church, Margate, Fla., or a parish of your choice.
