Frank was a wonderful man that assisted with the Biloxi VAMC last 2 Homeless Stand Downs. Frank gave generously of his time and talents to those less fortunate than him. He will be missed by all who knew him.

Frank was one of my students for a great many years, and I have many grand memories of our time together. What I am most proud of is the numerous years he spent serving our country. For that, I have no words, but only our most profound thanks and admiration.
His spirit shall be sorely missed.
