Pearl M. Perugino, 95, formerly of Lehigh Street, Wilkes-Barre, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 13, 2013, at Little Flower Manor, Wilkes-Barre.

Pearl was born in Wilkes-Barre on Nov. 3, 1917, a daughter of the late Antonio and Nellie Collochi Masi.
She was a member of Holy Rosary Church and its Sacred Heart and Rosary Society, Wilkes-Barre. Pearl was formerly employed as a seamstress in the local garment industry and she was a member of the International Ladies' Garment Workers Union.
She was preceded in death by her husband, William Perugino, in 1996. She was also preceded in death by brothers, Leno, Jerry, Joseph and Victor Masi; sister, Janette Frusante.
Surviving are her daughter, Rose M. Deno and her husband, Lloyd, Ashley; son, Anthony Perugino and his wife, Kim, Hanover Township; six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Ceccoli and her husband, Robert, Forty Fort; sister-in-law, Maxine Masi, Van Nuys, Calif.; nieces and nephews.
Pearl's family would like to thank the Rev. Richard Ghezzi, the Sisters at Little Flower Manor and the entire staff at Little Flower Manor for their kind and compassionate care.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 9 a.m. Saturday in the Chapel of Little Flower Manor, 200 S. Meade St., Wilkes-Barre. Interment will be in St. Mary's Cemetery, Hanover Township. Friends may call 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Nat & Gawlas Funeral Home, 89 Park Ave., Wilkes-Barre, and 8:30 to 9 a.m. Saturday at Little Flower Manor.
