Alice Covert Obituary
She was born Nov. 8, 1923, the daughter of the late Adrian and Rosie Taylor.
Prior to retiring, Alice was employed as a sales clerk by American Auto Parts.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack P. Covert; brothers, Robert, Zeake, Alfred, Merle, Earl and James; and sisters, Esther Kositch and Katherine Cossabauder.
Surviving are her son, Jack and his wife, Jillian, Harveys Lake; daughter, Jacklin Parsons and her husband, Ed, Harveys Lake; brothers, Paul Taylor, Sweet Valley; and Charlie Taylor, Sweet Valley; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday from Charles L. Cease Funeral Home, 634 Reyburn Road, Shickshinny.
Interment will be in Maple Grove Cemetery, Pikes Creek.
Friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
