Peter Ottaviani Obituary
He was born in Nanticoke, raised in Mocanaqua and was a graduate of Newport High School.
Pete retired from SEPTA after 32 years as a facilities manager.
In his later years, he enjoyed watching his girls play soccer and bow fishing with his son. Pete was a master carpenter.
He was the son of the late Peter and Virginia Ottaviani.
Surviving are his loving wife, Rene Pawlush Ottaviani; children, Peter Ottaviani, Jillian (Mike) Mink and Alexis (Donnie Whisler) Ottaviani; grandchildren, Sydney and Sabrina Mink; and beloved dogs, Cheetoh and Eddie.
Visitation will be held from 10 to 11:15 a.m. Saturday at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home, 5980 Chichester Ave., Aston.
A memorial service will be held at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Nolan-Fidale Funeral Home.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the ALS Hope Foundation, P.O. Box 40777, Philadelphia, PA 19107, or at www.alshf.org.

Rene, Peter, Jillian and Alexis,
Our thoughts and prayers and with each of you at this difficult time. Pete was a wonderful neighbor for over 30 years. We will always remember his kindness and easy going attitude. Your devotion to him through this horrible illness was remarkable. He is in a better place now, which he deserves.
