To Mary and all of Denzells family members:
My sincerest sympathy to all of you. Denzell was one of the most respected people that I have ever known. He was always ready to give me an encouraging word when I needed it and he was uncanny in knowing when that was. For many years he would contact me when he was in the area where I lived and we would have an enjoyable dinner if possible. His parting words to me always were "You are a winner and don't forget that" In fact, he was the one that was the winner for all of us who knew him. For those of you who don't know who I am, I will refresh some memory. His first wife Thelma was my first cousin. He and Thelma would make a special trip to my parents home on a farm outside of Russell just to have some of my Mom's homemade rye bread. Those were some great times for all of us. I will miss him so very much, but must content myself in knowing that he is much happier now without any worldly problems. Much love to all of you.
