Ross and Michel Construction/Development were in business over 25 years and also owned Crestwood Apartments until 1991 when he retired. He was able to enjoy retirement by attending countless ball games, walking many miles per week, working tirelessly around the house and yard and enjoying his grandkids. You could usually find Bill in a coffee group around Manhattan, or taking his recycling in to Howie's. Children all over northeast Kansas could also benefit by meeting Bill and receiving a gold dollar. His generosity was truly unmatched.
