Jack Clayton Kramer Jack Clayton Kramer, 86, of Topeka, died Monday, July 21, 2014, at his home. He was born January 6, 1928, in Perry, Kansas, the son of Clayton W. and Mildred M. (Hart) Kramer. He married Shirley A. Harmon on June 17, 1949. Jack retired, Sergeant 1st Class after 35 years of dedicated service to his country. He was retired from the Kansas National Guard and Civil Service. Survivors include his wife, Shirley A. Kramer; son, Steve C. (Kim) Kramer; daughter, Nancy K. (Steven Weymeier) Kramer; grandchildren, Meeka A. (Ben) Dibble and Corey C. Kramer; great-grandchildren, Caleb, Julia and Carter Dibble. Jack will lie in state after 5 p.m., today at the Penwell-Gabel Parker-Price Chapel, 245 NW Independence Ave, Topeka, where the family will receive friends from 6:30-8 p.m. Graveside services with military honors will be 1 p.m., Friday, July 25, 2014 at the Penwell-Gabel Cemetery, 3616 SW 6th Street, Topeka.
