After the war Bob and Eddie returned to Dodge City where they enjoyed a quiet life centered on family and friends, until moving to Topeka in 1999 to be near their daughter. Bob and Eddie were members of St Cornelius Episcopal Church. He was an active volunteer for his church and Meals on Wheels. Bob enjoyed 38 years working for John Stickney Inc. and Southwest Distributing as a route salesman. His passion, apart from his family, was the game of golf!
