Eskridge-Wallie Schutter Jr., 82, was born in Topeka, KS, November 14, 1929, to Wallie L. and Jessie (Connell) Schutter, and passed away in Renton, WA on November 27, 2011, surrounded by those that loved him. He completed his education while living on his parents' farm near Eskridge, KS, then enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1947, where he served for 20 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He then worked at KOMO TV in Seattle for 24 years. Wallie's interests included fishing, gardening and tinkering on anything! He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, Beverly, brother, Arnold, grandchildren, Andrea and Nicole Madden. He is survived by his wife, Susie, two sisters, Rubye Butler, Overland Park, KS, and Jerry Willard, Topeka, KS, 12 children, 23 grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. Funeral services to be held at United Presbyterian Church, Eskridge, KS on Tuesday December 6, 2011 at 1 pm with burial at the Eskridge Cemetery. Visitation before services at 11 am.
