Kenneth Ray Pike, 74, of Elk Horn, Ky., died there Sunday, April 6, 2014, after an illness.
Son of the late Omer and Marie Wooldridge Pike, he was born June 14, 1939, in Taylor County.
A retired truck driver, he was a member of the Knifley Area Volunteer Fire Department, Campbellsville/Taylor County Rescue Squad and the Taylor County Sheriff's Office.
He was married to Sharon Warren Pike. She survives.
Survivors also include three daughters, Latisha Markins and her husband, Mike, of Vine Grove, Ky., Beverly Saumier and her husband, Lance, of Bardstown, Ky., and Alexis Pike of Frankfort, Ky.; a son, Jacob Pike of Elk Horn; a brother, Melvin Pike of Campbellsville; a sister, Opal Judd and her husband, Paul, of Campbellsville; five grandchildren, Ashley King, Austin Powell, Devin Brady, Haley Brady and Jamie Brady; and a great-grandson, Bently Hughes.
He was also preceded in death by four sisters, Katherine Pike, Nellie Webb, Edna Reed and Mary Ann Clark.
Funeral was Tuesday, April 8, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
Burial was in Robinson Chapel Cemetery.
Pallbearers were Devin Brady, Austin Powell, Mike Markins, Stacey Loy, Darrell Caldwell and Wayne Warren. Honorary pallbearers were Jacob Pike, Melvin Pike, Roger Pike and Jerry Pike.
