Louise Fenwick, 82, of Campbellsville, died at 6:30 a.m. Sunday, March 23, 2014, in Campbellsville.
Daughter of the late Martin Smith and Cora Taylor Smith, she was born Sept. 12, 1931, in Greenwood, Ind.
She was a retired sales clerk at Woodson Lewis in Greensburg, Ky.
She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church.
She married Cleo Fenwick on Aug. 1, 1949. He preceded her in death April 15, 2001.
Survivors include two daughters, Debbie Lollar and her husband, Mark, of Campbellsville, and Linda Hughes and her husband, Rex, of Naples, Fla.; a son, Larry Fenwick and his wife, Stephanie, of Glendora, Calif.; four grandchildren, Lindsay Phelps and her husband, Ben, of Lexington, Ky., Brian Jones of Austin, Texas, Katie Hickman and her husband, Alan, of Glendora, and Cheri Smith and her husband, Jared, of Killeen, Texas; a great-granddaughter, Emery Smith; two sisters, Doris Isaacs and her husband, Roy, of Ohio, and Kathleen Yates of Indiana; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by five brothers, Minor Smith, Glen Smith, David Smith, Leon Smith and Ivan Smith; and a sister, Helen Seibert.
Funeral Mass was Thursday, March 27, at Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Campbellsville. The Rev. George Illikkal officiated.
Burial was in St. Augustine Catholic Church Cemetery.
Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville was in charge of arrangements.
