Phillip Donald "PK" Warren

Phillip Donald "PK" Warren, 63, of Campbellsville, formerly of Knifley, Ky., died Friday, May 10, 2013, at Kindred Health Care Hospital in Louisville, Ky., after several weeks' illness.
He was a U.S. Army veteran serving in Vietnam, a former heavy equipment mechanic and a member of Lighthouse Tabernacle in Knifley.
He was married to Vanessa Pierce Warren. She survives.
Survivors also include three sons, Matthew Warren and his wife, Sharon, of Barbourville, Ky., Nathan Cox of Mannsville, Ky., and Joshua Warren of Campbellsville; four brothers, Bro. Bill Warren of Knifley, Elvy Warren of Pellyton, Ky., Larry Warren of Campbellsville and Dale Warren of Knifley; two sisters, Paulette Tucker of Knifley and Lana Warren of Columbia, Ky.; a sister-in-law, Kathy Warren of Elk Horn, Ky.; and two grandchildren, Lisa Warren and Haylee Cox.
Funeral was Monday, May 13, at Lighthouse Tabernacle in Knifley. Bros. Bill Warren and Earl Beams officiated.
Burial was in Robinson Chapel Cemetery.
Stotts-Phelps-McQueary Funeral Home in Columbia was in charge of arrangements.
