Carl Bernard Ervin, 75, of Greensburg, Ky., died Sunday, July 8, 2012, at Golden Living Center-Green Hill.
He was the son of the late Lester Carl "Lec" Ervin and Cora Dixon Ervin.
He was married to Janice Patterson, who survives.
The family chose cremation with no formal services. Cowherd and Parrott Funeral Home in Greensburg is in charge of arrangements.
