Gleason "Junior" Rodgers Jr., 58, of Springfield, Ill., formerly of Campbellsville, died Tuesday, Nov. 6, 2012.

Son of the late Gleason Sr. and Helen Mardis Rodgers, he was born March 2, 1954, in Campbellsville.
Survivors include two sons, Brian Rodgers and his wife, Rachel, of Springfield and Timothy Rodgers and his wife, Shannon, of Pleasant Plains, Ill.; three daughters, Rebecca Palmer and her husband, Jeff, of Loami, Ill.; Melinda Rodgers and her companion, Scott Paris, and Mandy Rodgers and her companion, Kevin Matthews, all of Springfield; four brothers, Bobby Joe Rodgers of Springfield, Ill., James David Rodgers, Jeffrey Rodgers and Danny Gilbert, all of Campbellsville; 12 grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; a cousin, Judy Donley Henderson of Sherman, Ill.; and several other cousins and relatives in Campbellsville.
He was also preceded in death by a son, Matthew Rodgers.
A memorial service was in Illinois in November 2012. He was also memorialized at the funeral service for his mother, Helen Rodgers, on Saturday, Feb. 22, at Lyon-DeWitt-Berry Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
He was buried by her side in Brockman Cemetery.
