Harriette A. Cornett, 90, of Campbellsville, died at 10:36 a.m. Friday, July 6, 2012, in Radcliff, Ky.
Daughter of the late Robert Keith Allison and Mary Baxter Claybrook Allison, she was born in Mason County, Ky., on April 28, 1922.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Bethel First Presbyterian Church. She was a retired teacher with the Campbellsville Independent School System.
She was married to William F. "Bill" Cornett on Nov. 23, 1945. He preceded her in death May 6, 1987.
Survivors include two sons and two daughters, Freddie Cornett and his wife, Susan, of Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., Wayne Cornett and his wife, Kathy, of Bowling Green, Ky.; Peggy Oller and her husband, Jim, of Elkton, Ky.; and Mary Keith Eustis and her husband, Sandy, of S.C.; eight grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; a sister, Sallie Siemsen of Hawaii; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a daughter, Doris White; and three brothers and two sisters, Robert Keith Allison, Jr., Tom Allison, Jim Allison, Mary Minton and Libby Collins.
Funeral was Tuesday, July 10, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville. The Rev. Jim Murphy officiated.
Burial was in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
