Nora I. Patton, 80, of Campbellsville, died at 9:15 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012, in Huntington, W.Va.

Daughter of the late W.O. Garrett and Elsie Lewellen Garrett, she was born Oct. 21, 1931, in Casey County, Ky.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Robinson Creek Baptist Church.
She was married to Herman Patton on April 27, 1953. He preceded her in death Dec. 11, 2004.
Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Dr. Gary Patton and his wife, Mabel, of Huntington; a granddaughter and a grandson, Monica Howell and her husband, James, of Teays Valley, W.Va., and Kyle Patton and his wife, Jeni, of Proctorville, Ohio; four great-grandchildren, James Logan Howell, Lucas Howell and Addison Howell of Teays Valley and Colton Patton of Proctorville; a brother, Eli Garrett of Cincinnati, Ohio; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters and three brothers, Stella Wethington, Mary Pendleton, Dollie Pierce, Earl Garrett, James Garrett and Roscoe Garrett.
Funeral was Tuesday, Sept. 25, at Robinson Creek Baptist Church in Campbellsville. Dr. Paul W. Patton and the Rev. Jim Collison officiated.
Burial was in Salem United Methodist Church Cemetery in Casey County.
Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville was in charge of arrangements.
