Perry Lois Maddox, 63, of 110 Royal St. in Campbellsville, died at 1:45 p.m. Friday, Dec. 21, 2012.
Daughter of the late Wesley and Minnie Vaughn Maddox, she was born on March 29, 1949, in Campbellsville.
She worked at Taylor County Child Support Services and was a former taxi driver.
Survivors include a son, Jon Ray Pierre-Hawkins of Campbellsville; a grandchild, Jon Robert Maddox Hawkins; three sisters, Elizabeth Patton and her husband, Clifford, Gloria F. Sebastion and Gladys F. Maddox, all of Campbellsville; 23 nieces and nephews; 43 great nieces and nephews; and two great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be tomorrow, Friday, Dec. 28, from 9 a.m. to noon at First Baptist Church in Campbellsville. Funeral will follow at noon.
The Rev. James T. Washington III will officiate. The Rev. George L. Nelson will give the eulogy.
Internment will be in Pleasant Run Baptist Church Cemetery in Green County, Ky.
