Phyllis Shofner Sullivan, 55, of Campbellsville, died at 6:15 a.m. Wednesday, July 24, 2013, in Campbellsville.

Daughter of the late Oscar W. Shofner and Alma Sidebottom Shofner, she was born Feb. 24, 1958, in Taylor County.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Woodlawn Christian Church.
She was employed as an office assistant for Dr. Eugene H. Shively for more than 20 years.
She married Sammy Sullivan on Aug. 3, 1985. He preceded her in death Feb. 22, 2002.
Survivors include a daughter and son-in-law, Brandi and Jody Graham of Campbellsville; two grandchildren, Dayne Graham and Sully Graham; two brothers, Larry Shofner and his wife, Glenna, and Bobby Shofner and his wife, Linda, all of Campbellsville; a sister, Aletta Johns of Campbellsville; and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by a special friend, Ronnie Shuffett.
Funeral was Saturday, July 27, at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville. Bros. Fella Wilson, Todd Davis and David Boils officiated.
Burial was in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
