Thurman "Finn" Watson, 66, of Taylor County, died Friday, April 19, 2013, at his home.
He was the son of the late Hortense Finn and Thurman Watson.
He professed faith in Christ and was of the Baptist faith. He was a retired school bus driver for the Taylor County School system. Racing was his passion of 38 years.
He was a caring and loving husband, father and grandfather, as well as a friend to many.
He was married to Betty "Hash" Watson. She survives.
Survivors also include two sons, Jeff Watson of Campbellsville and Ricky Watson of Louisville, Ky.; a granddaughter, Lainey Grace Watson; a sister and brother-in-law, Frances and Dennis Morris of Campbellsville; a sister-in-law, Brenda Watson of Campbellsville; and a host of other family and friends.
He was also preceded in death by two brothers, Dan Watson and Douglas Watson.
Funeral was Monday, April 22, at Lyon-DeWitt Funeral Home in Campbellsville. Bro. Danny Nelson officiated.
Burial was in Campbellsville Memorial Gardens.
Pallbearers were Carl Watson, Mike Watson, John Morris, David Morris, Barry Ingram and Kevin Richerson.
