Bea Wethington, 106, of Campbellsville, died at 1:20 p.m. Saturday, May 10, 2014, in Campbellsville.

Daughter of the late U.S. "Sid" Stayton and Sarah Martha Cox Stayton, she was born April 2, 1908, in Adair County, Ky.
She professed faith in Christ and was a member of Campbellsville Christian Church.
She married Wilbur Wethington on July 28, 1927. He preceded her in death Nov. 13, 1964.
Survivors include two daughters, Martha McCubbin of Campbellsville and Melva Beard and her husband, J.T., of Chatham, La.; and six grandchildren, Terri Chandler of Campbellsville, Scott Beard and his wife, Gayle, and Jeff Beard of Buffalo, Ky., Connie Moyers and her husband, Joe, of Lexington, Ky., Bernie Beard of Houston, Texas, and Janie Hlavinka and her husband, Brian, of East Bernard, Texas.
Survivors also include 11 great-grandchildren, Jesse Moyers, Leslie Moyers and her husband, Brian Rich; Lindsay Rae Chandler, Laura Chandler, Amanda Zuniga and her husband, Richie; Blair Beard, Shelby Beard, Nathan Hlavinka, Andrew Hlavinka, Joshua Hlavinka and Ethan Hlavinka; two great-great-grandchildren, Aiden Zuniga and Layla Zuniga; two great-great-grandchildren, Aiden Zuniga and Layla Zuniga; several nieces and nephews and many other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her son-in-law, Ray McCubbin on April 13, 2009; and two sisters and two brothers, Walker Lou Ford, Goodlup Stayton, Quillie Stayton and Dillie Stayton.
Visitation is Saturday, May 17, from 5 to 8 p.m. at Parrott & Ramsey Funeral Home in Campbellsville.
Funeral is Sunday, May 18, at 2 p.m. at the funeral home. Dr. Paul W. Patton and Gen. Ed Loy will officiate. Burial will be in Brookside Cemetery.
Family requests expressions of sympathy be in the form of donations to Down Syndrome Association and they can be made at the funeral home.
